Join us for Salt Lake Design Week's closing night party the Beaux Arts Ball. This event will leave the creative community in amazement. The Beaux Arts Ball is an annual costume ball started by the students at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris. This event has since been continued on as a homage to architectural history and culture by many universities, architecture societies, and design organizations throughout the world.

Last year YAF partnered with AIGA's Salt Lake Design Week to hold the first modern Beaux Arts Ball in Salt Lake City at the historic Ladies Literary Club. A gallery of photos have been included that illustrate this avant-garde and eclectic event. The feedback from last year's attendees was overwhelmingly positive and we expect this year will be even better!

Master artisans will provide food and beverage while guests enjoy live mixed music that creates a euphoric atmosphere. Choreographed lighting, and architectural sculpture will serve as a back-drop for the evening.

This year's event will be held at The Front Climbing Gym's new building on 400 West and perfectly matches our theme "The Art of the Fold". Take inspiration from our theme and fold yourself into our creative black tie costume ball. Remember tickets sold out extremely fast last year so get yours early
