Calling all students! AIGA Salt Lake City's annual Student Portfolio Review is right around the corner. This is your opportunity to gain valuable advice, insight and industry information from some of the crème de la crème of our local professional designers. This event allows students to make connections which can lead to internships and even jobs. Adobe, the Official Sponsor for Design Solutions, is generously hosting this event in their iconic Lehi campus.
We are shaking things up a bit with the format this year. Students will be placed in small group critiques, consisting of 3 students and 1 professional. There will be three small group critiques over the course of 3 hours so that students get a variety of professional feedback. Our goal this year is to create a more dynamic and intimate experience for the students to get an in-depth review of their portfolio. There will be an open review from 2:00 – 3:00PM in which open reviewers are able to view student portfolios. We will also be providing great catering by Urban Pioneer and we will have an array of beverages (whether you imbibe or not).
PLEASE NOTE: Because Adobe will need to create security badges for all attendees, we will need Student reviewees and observers to sign up before 10am, Friday April 4, 2014. Student Observers We apologize for the short notice.
