Salt Lake Design Week 2014 will culminate in Salt Lake’s first contemporary Beaux Arts Ball. Themed "Muse", the event asks you to consider what is your muse? What sparks your creativity? Allow your inner muse to influence your look for this high-concept costume party (theatrical finery or creative black tie / not a Halloween party). Whether you are an architect, designer, photographer, artist, or appreciator of great design, this event will leave the design community talking, and everyone else wishing they had been there. A talented and dedicated team from AIA Utah's Young Architects Forum, AIGA, and cityhomeCOLLECTIVE are working to design and execute this one of a kind event.
Hosted in the historic and storied Ladies Literary Club, guests will find themselves immersed in an ethereal, evolving, and unexpected experience. Installations of choreographed lighting and engaging architectural elements will serve as backdrop for live performance and costumed muses. Get working on your looks, kids.
