Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Design 5-7 years as a professional Designer preferably in an in-house corporate setting. 3 years min. management experience w/ 4-7 direct reports.  Must have experience managing and setting departmental budgets as well as project budgets. Fluent and current in all design software – Adobe, Quark AS WELL MS Office. You must have experience working on both Mac and PC platforms Extremely deadline oriented so flexibility is a must. This is a team lead role with in a very stable and growing corporation. This position will involve meeting with sales, marketing, and operations departments and individuals located across the globe, to ensure needs are being met. This is not a “free for all” creative role; however, you will have the ability and expectation to bring new ideas on a regular basis. This position will oversee creative aspects and employees – designers and desktop publishers – both print and web. You will also conduct annual reviews with the team.  This position is responsible and is the go to person for all on-press events within Salt Lake City. Base Salary 60K depending on experience.
